Cancellation
You may cancel your order up until the point where the item has been dispatched unless the item has been ordered specifically for your request. These items are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. This applies to all items that Trunk has personalised for your own choice and specification.
Returns & Refunds
Where a item has been ordered mistakenly, Trunk will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns must be logged by calling 07817941051 and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns where there is no fault with the item must be covered by the buyer.
